Termino uses the WhatsApp Cloud API, which requires a business phone number registered in Meta Business Manager. We walk you through the entire registration process — it usually takes 1–2 business days. No extra device or phone required.
The bot detects the language automatically and replies in the same language. Mixing languages in a single message is also supported — a common pattern in everyday business communication.
Yes — in the admin panel you can set working hours for each day of the week separately, including breaks, days off and special exceptions (holidays, vacation). The bot only offers slots that fit your schedule.
Cancellation is fully self-service — one click in your account settings. No retention games, no hidden fees. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Termino acts as the data processor on behalf of your business, which is the data controller. All data stays inside the EU. A standard DPA agreement under GDPR Article 28 is included with every subscription. More in our privacy policy and DPA document.
For now, one location per subscription. For multiple locations or higher appointment volumes (above 300/month) — contact us for an enterprise plan with custom pricing.
The bot politely tells the client it didn't understand and offers alternative options (book, cancel, FAQ). The message is logged in the audit log. For non-standard situations you can add custom FAQ answers in the admin panel.
Termino is the brand of a company registered in Croatia. Invoices are issued with a Croatian OIB tax ID, fully compliant with the Croatian Fiscalization Act. R1 invoices are available for business customers.
